There is a sharpish left hand curve and the lay-by is immediately on the left.
Activity varies – usually late night – all in car.”

The best local site near to burnley is Burnley lane picnic spot.
Turn of burnly road into the village of Huncoat, take the next RH turn onto burnley lane.
At the bottom of the lane, near the ford is a quiet picnic area.

made used the picnic tables ,
If you go down the footpath past them you come to a wooden foot bridge ideal for double ending mmm
