There is a site outside Burnley on the road to Sabden on top of the hill. I am told it is known locally as Brown Hill.

It is good most nights.

Can anyone confirm this?

    Have been up there on varying nights at various times over the past year or so when Ive been in the country. Most activity both in the car parks and the tracks seems to be gays. Never managed to come across anything else.
